Aaron and I have an ongoing discussion about Chinese restaurants. There is a finite list of about 30 words that can show up in the name of a Chinese restaurant. The list includes words like dragon, jade, palace, garden, wok, China, lotus, fortune, lantern, lily, etc. Think about all the Chinese restaurants you know the names of; chances are, there are at least three that include one of the words I just listed (especially if you live in P-town).
