Tagged!

So apparently you can play tag on blogs. Never knew that one...this whole blogging thing is still new to me...


So Camille tagged me, so here goes!


The Rules: 1. Each player starts with 8 random facts/habits about themselves.2. Peoplethat are tagged write a blog post about their own 8 random things and post these rules.3. At the end of your post tag 8 people and include their names. Don't forget to leave them a comment on their blog to tell them they've been tagged, and to comment back and read your blog for the whole story.


1. I drink water like a camel that has been across the Sahara and back again. Anyone who has ever lived with me or worked with me knows this to be true. Think I'm joking? Let's examine the evidence...


a) My boss recently suggested that I get a waterbottle instead of a water cup so I don't have to refill so often.

b) My old roommate Jess and I used to have a running joke about how the water cups left around the apartment tended to multiply.

c) Whenever I go to eat at my grandparents' house, Grandpa fills the glasses with water for dinner, fills the pitcher again, and places it next to my spot.

d) We own more cups than any other sort of dish or kitchen utensil. I have taken to using washed-out peach jars because they hold more water than our mugs.


2. I'm actually quite proud that I have never puked during pregnancy, bungee jumped, skydived, eaten a chocolate-covered ant, received a speeding ticket, or shot a gun.


3. I have already started my plans for running as soon as Noah makes his grand appearance and the doctor clears me for exercise. I am running the BYU Homecoming 5K in October, the Cardiac Classic in Albany in November, and the Winter Sun 10K in Moab in December. After that (depending on my health and motivation), I might go for my first half marathon. I'm currently accepting applications for running buddies...


4. Soft cheeses, sports, sleeping on my stomach, and being able to roll over in bed without using my elbows are the things I miss most about being unpregnant. Only 5 more weeks until Noah gets here!


5. I could probably eat my own body weight in fresh pineapple. It's the only thing I can readily think of that rivals my love for chocolate.

6. I have a birthmark that looks like a penny taped to my leg or like I splattered mud on it. My aunt, who actually married into our family, has an identical birthmark. That's how I knew she was supposed to marry my uncle.

7. I absolutely love latin dancing. I periodically try to come up with ways to get Aaron to like it as much as I do. Country dancing is fun, but latin is spicy!

8. I love the temple. Being a temple worker is far and away the best calling I've ever had. I cried the day I had to leave. Whenever we go, Aaron has to pry me away from the celestial room because I hate going back to the normal world. I have always thought it would be nice to take a nap in the celestial room because it is so peaceful. Maybe I'll try that when I'm 80 something and can get away with it...
